Temperatures are starting to drop and cold weather is right around the corner. Nashville Electric Service (NES) is offering two, final Neighborhood Energy Savers Workshops before winter arrives.
Customers can join NES this Saturday, October 15, at the Christ Church YMCA or at our last workshop of the year at the Northwest YMCA on November 5, to learn easy, do-it-yourself improvements.
The workshops, from 9:30 to 11 a.m., offer hands-on learning opportunities at multiple demonstration stations, including how to use caulk and weather stripping to seal air leaks around windows, doors and baseboards. Participants will also receive a free tool kit valued at $25 to get started saving energy right away.
